1. How do I know if Colonial Village can meet my needs?
We have a licensed nurse on staff who performs an assessment of potential residents to determine if we are the right fit. These assessments help us see that our residents receive appropriate care and are among the factors we consider in determining and monitoring staff levels.

2. Is Colonial Village pet-friendly?
Yes — we are pet-friendly! However, we will need to approve your pet, and there will be an additional fee attached to your monthly rent.
3. What if I have a medical emergency?
All Colonial Village, apartments are either equipped with an emergency alert system or have pendant systems available. Staff members are on-site 24 hours a day to respond and offer immediate assistance and call emergency services if needed.
4. What utilities are included in my monthly rent?
Except for your phone, all utilities are included in your monthly rent.
